Situated within a one-acre site featuring enchanting gardens, a serene fish pond, ample car parking and a play area, The Old Rectory provides a charming retreat. Adjacent to the medieval St. Bridget's Church, this property is peacefully located in the quieter centre of Brean. Conveniently within walking distance of the main attractions, which predominantly line the outskirts of Brean, The Old Rectory offers a seasonal family-run bed and breakfast experience from March to mid-November, with the addition of room-only accommodations during the winter months.

During the delightful spring to early autumn period (April to September), guests can indulge in the property's licensed tearoom and bar, housed in a spacious conservatory with a private, partially walled tea garden. With seating for 40 covers inside and over 60 outside during the summer, guests can relish a unique dining experience surrounded by lush greenery.

No pets in the breakfast room please.
