Five Acre Barn is a cosy bed and breakfast in Aldringham, Suffolk. We offer a place to stay where you and your dog can feel right at home from the moment you arrive and benefit from having five acres of tranquil garden and woodland on the Suffolk Coast.

All our guest rooms are located in our new cedar-clad extension. They have been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep is had by all. They have high ceilings, polished & heated concrete floors as well as access to the garden. Most of our bedrooms have the same layout and include:

King size beds set on an airy plywood mezzanine - this allows you to lie in bed and enjoy the views of the sky via the huge roof light.

100% cotton sheets and duvets. Guests have a pillow choice of either feather or hollow fibre.

Downstairs sitting room with TV.

Compact and perfectly formed bathrooms (Two of which have wet room style showers).

Complimentary ‘Bramley’ toiletries, which are all British made and use only natural ingredients.

Our garden room is laid out on a single story and is fully accessible. It has a full-height roof, sweeping views across the garden, fully accessible shower, luxurious bathroom and an ottoman that expands to a comfortable single bed.

Breakfast is included within the room rate and is freshly made each morning. You are welcome to enjoy this in the gallery by your room or if you would like to join the other guests, in the barn. We are happy to cater to any dietary requirements, please just let us know when booking so we can ensure there is something suitable to ensure you have a great start to your day.

The Suffolk coast has so much to offer – unspoilt beaches, stunning wildlife, picturesque villages and so much more. You will also find that there are plenty of places to go out to eat and drink.
