We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, offering an array of excellent accommodation to suit all your needs, including 3 studio apartments that have been specifically designed for those with disabilities. Each apartment comes with an individual patio with a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Our 3 gorgeous cottages offer two-storey accommodation and a choice of one or two bedrooms, including a sofa bed. Each cottage comes with a cosy living area and a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooking. Outside there is a delightful south-facing rose-garden courtyard, a great spot for a glass of wine whilst savouring your surroundings.

Woodbridge: This wonderful cottage is a great for a family or group looking for somewhere special to stay. Inside there is a lovely open plan living area with a large flat-screen smart TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen which has a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, four-zone ceramic hob, fan oven and dishwasher. A drop-leaf dining table has seating for 6 people. On the first floor is a double/twin room and a second bedroom which can be made as a twin or a single with an easy/chair. The main bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

Framlingham: Our charming cottage offers a true home from home, perfect for a family, couple or group of friends looking for somewhere special to stay. A relaxing open plan living area includes a large flat-screen smart TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen is great for making some delicious dishes and has a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, four-zone ceramic hob, fan oven and dishwasher. A drop-leaf dining table has seating for 4 people. On the first floor is a double/twin room and an en suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

Aldeburgh: This fabulous cottage sleeps 2-4 people and great for a memorable retreat in the country. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, four-zone ceramic hob, fan oven and dishwasher. Enjoy some tasty meals around the dining table which seats 4. A relaxing open plan living area includes a large flat-screen smart TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player. On the first floor is a double/twin room and an en suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

Dunwich: Our charming ground-floor accessible studio is suitable for a couple or friends looking for somewhere tranquil to stay. The main room includes a double/twin bed, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player, easy-chairs and a drop-lead dining table. The full-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances and a lowered sink for wheelchairs users. The spacious walk-in wet room has step-free access, a large shower zone with curtain, grab rails and an emergency pull-cord.

Ordord: This delightful ground-floor studio comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The main room include a double/twin bed, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player, easy-chairs and drop-lead dining table. Rustle up some wonderful dishes in the kitchen which is fully-equipped. A large walk-in wet room has a large shower zone with curtains.

Snape: Our fantastic ground-level studio is ideal for magical holiday in a beautiful location. The main room includes a double/twin bed, a flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, easy-chairs and drop-lead dining table. A well-equipped kitchen includes a range of appliances and a large walk-in wet room has a large shower zone with curtains.

Whilst staying with us you can visit a range of superb attractions in the area. Aldeburgh and the excellent attractions of East Suffolk and the Suffolk Heritage Coast are all accessible by car.
