We have 3 beautifully renovated barns and a studio apartment to choose from, adjacent to a Georgian farmhouse and attractive gardens. We are only 2 miles from Rugby and The NEC and NAC are all nearby. Further afield you can discover a great variety of attractions in Warwickshire.

Mill House Cottage: This delightful former mixing house is where the grain for the farm was milled. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is perfect for a group or family getaway. Two bedrooms are available: one double and one twin. Additionally, there is a sofa bed on the large landing area. All the bedrooms come with modern en suite facilities. The well-equipped kitchen caters for up to 8 people and the dining table seats 6. You can relax in the cosy lounge area and doors lead onto a patio garden.

Granary Cottage: Our lovely four-bedroom cottage sleeps 6 people in one double, one twin and two single rooms. One of the single rooms is on the ground floor. All the rooms have en suite facilities. A fully equipped kitchen will suit all your needs and the dining table seats 8. A lounge area has doors that opens onto a patio garden.

Chestnut Cottage: This former cart hovel is ideal for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. Sleeps 4 in a first floor double room and ground floor twin room. Both rooms have contemporary en suite facilities. On the ground floor, there is an elegant dining room leading to a luxurious kitchen. A small patio garden is great for a fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Lime Studio: Our fabulous open-plan apartment sleeps 2 people, perfect for a spontaneous romantic getaway. You can relax in the living area and the well-equipped includes a dining area. The studio is based within Stable Barn but has a separate entrance from its patio doors.
