A Peaceful Chalet is a 2 bedroom chalet on peaceful site in Bracklesham Bay, West Sussex.

Situated on a beautiful and peaceful holiday site, with private and direct access to the beach, this 2-bedroom self catering chalet has all you need for a relaxing holiday, in what is classed as the sunniest part of England!

From the patio doors of the holiday accommodation you enter into the open-plan lounge/diner where you find a comfortable 3-4 seater settee, 2 comfortable occasional chairs, dining table and chairs, TV with Freeview & DVD, bookcase with books provided, a welsh dresser, a few games for young and old, radiator, and various lamps for different lighting moods.

The kitchen is open-plan from the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, tea-pot, plus many other useful items. Tea-towels are not provided. There is a radiator in the kitchen too.

Off the kitchen is the twin bedroom, both beds have a headboard, and there is a bedside table with drawers between the beds. There is a wardrobe.

The master bedroom has a double bed with headboard, a dressing table with drawers, a double and a single wardrobe with further drawers, and cupboards above the bed. There is also a radiator in this room. The bathroom is of a good size, and has a WC, sink, bath, and an independent electric shower over the bath, with a curtain. An over-the-bath airer is provided here. Also, there is an anti-slip mat.

Other items provided are: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and children’s items like buckets and spades.

Dogs are welcome in the property and on site (on a lead), and they can even run freely on the beach all year round.

The self catering chalet is in one of the best positions on the site, with an area of grass directly in front of it, allowing games/activities, or simply an area to admire from the lounge or from the seating on the sun-deck.

The water is heated by a hot water tank which is operated by a meter which takes £1 coins. This also operates all the electrics. Average spend around a pound a day (more in colder months). A small car park is within a few feet away.

Also on site: Children's playground, Crazy golf, Skittles, Tennis courts, Limited entertainment in pub lounge. Meals in pub.

There is a good range of activities on the holiday site, if you want them, including a good-sized outdoor heated swimming pool (May-September), with a section for small children. None of the activities affect the peacefulness of the chalet and site.
