Our fantastic self catering ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a memorable holiday. Inside the apartment, there is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area to suit all your needs.

Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen which has an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooking equipment, plenty of storage space and breakfast table and chairs. Unwind in the cosy living area after a day sightseeing. Facilities a large sofa/sofabed and smart TV. Doors open onto the lovely patio area.

A beautiful bedroom comes with a comfy king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep and smart TV. Luxury fresh linen and towels are provided. A large walk-in shower included toiletries.

Outside there is a delightful, enclosed patio with rattan furniture and fire pit/BBQ for al fresco dining whilst savouring views of the ancient woodland and alpacas.

We are in the ideal location for exploring all that the area has to offer. The area has an abundance of scenic footpaths to enjoy, including the Wey & Arun Canal, Sussex border paths, The downs link and the Southdowns Way. You can walk to the recently renovated Onslow Arms which has a gorgeous canal-side garden, new smokehouse, play area and pigmy goats. The Sir Roger Tichbourne pub and restaurant is across the fields and neighbouring farm, serving wonderful food and offering glorious countryside views.
