Seaside Villa is a family run guest house located just outside of Back on the Isle of Lewis on the Western Isles.

The many facilities available at Seaside Villa include an outdoor play area and a cot for the younger members of your family, a modem connection point if you just can't leave work completely behind; an open fire in the lounge, CD player and TV for the days or nights when the weather restricts outdoor enjoyment.

Our dining room overlooks the nearby beach. All our bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and DVD systems. We also provide free Wi-Fi.

Our island has a lot to offer visitors - miles of unspoilt beaches; an abundance of wildlife, including many rare breeding birds and a rich variety of plant life.

Throughout the island, there are many historical and archaeological sites which are a testimony to the long and ancient history of the Hebrides.

Seaside Villa is fully central heated and has 3 en suite bedrooms, made up of 1 twin and 2 doubles (one with king size bed). There is a guest TV lounge and a sun lounge where one can relax in the evenings, admiring the spectacular scenery.

Tea and coffee making facilities come as standard in each room and we are happy to prepare a packed lunch for your journey.

Seaside Villa is located in Back on the Isle of Lewis and situated in a most tranquil spot overlooking the beach and turquoise coloured sea, with marvellous views across the distant hills of Sutherland. There is a fishing river nearby where trout fishing can be arranged. This is also available in any of the surrounding lochs.

Guests are able to visit any part of Lewis or Harris in a day by car and be back in time to source any of the number of eating places in Stornoway. Of the two main ferry terminals, Stornoway is only 7 miles away and Tarbert on Harris is only 35 miles away.
