No 1 New Tolsta offers charming self catering accommodation in the delightful village of North Tolsta, just 14 miles from the bustling town of Stornoway. Nestled in an idyllic setting on the Isle Of Lewis, we are ideal for a magical break in a beautiful area of the Western Isles.

Our fabulous stone-built croft house is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The tastefully furnished cottage sleeps up to 6 people and still maintains many original features whilst offering modern accommodation.

Inside the cottage is a well-equipped kitchen with a range of excellent appliances: a full-size 4-ring gas cooker, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. Unwind in the lovely sitting room which has a TV, DVD player and CD player. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

Upstairs there is 1 double and 1 twin room, with both featuring traditional sloping ceilings. The bedrooms both have a TV and DVD player. All linen and towels are supplied.

The quaint village of Tolsta has 1 well-stocked shop including a post office. You can enjoy lots of beautiful walking routes in the area which offer amazing views of the natural landscape. The area also has lots of activities to enjoy, including golf, fishing, hillwalking and birdwatching. Visit the traditional Neolithic Standing Stone of Callanish or head to the town of Stornoway for some good food and drink. Superb attractions to visit include:
