Africandawns is a dog taining centre and boarding kennles, located at Warboys in Cambridgeshire. We are the one stop shop for all your dog training needs including obedience training, puppy training, gundog training, residential dog training or classes and one-to-one dog training & home visits. Everything connected with your dog training wise and problem dogs are our speciality.

At Africandawns we feel it is of the utmost importance to teach new owners to understand their dog and develop the correct technique suitable for both dog and owner. With this in mind we try to develop a reality training environment where the dog gets used to all situations that he may encounter out walking, such as recall, meeting other dogs, not chasing, sitting quietly when meeting other people, not pulling on the lead. In short, general good manners.

With many years’ experience, we aim to provide an effective training regime that your dog will enjoy and can be easily undertaken by dog owners.

We have 25 kennels arranged in three ranges. Most of our kennels are suitable for up to two dogs, some are suitable for three or more dogs. Each kennel has an individual outside run which is covered to protect against rain and inside an infra-red heat lamp used during the colder months.

Afrincandawns is also part of The Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme. We breed Dachshunds, Tibetan Terriers, Beagles and Labradors. We are a Kennel Club accredited breeder and fully licensed. All puppies are well socialised and handled and are tested for hereditary defects that are applicable to the breed. All puppies have their first inoculations, are micro-chipped, wormed and checked by a vet before leaving us. All puppies are also insured for four weeks and a signed contract is given with each puppy.
