Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner, as are your horse or pony. A riding or trekking holiday in the Winter, Spring & Autumn is wonderful here, as the going in the forest and country tracks is sand based with little or no mud. We have two pet friendly cottages - Woodsage and Sweetbriar, they have been sympathetically converted from stone barns, whilst retaining many exposed beams and original features. These pet friendly properties come equipped with TVs, DVD players, CD players, cookers and microwaves.
A separate tourist information room, stocked with leaflets, guide books, maps and brochures on the local area, contains a shared pay-phone, paperback lending library and laundry facilities. From here the stairs lead to a children’s play area with a small snooker table, games and books.
