Wonderful staff, brilliantly placed but the room was like a sauna with no way to cool it because it looked over the McDonalds drive thru - too loud to leave the window open. The bed was marshmallow soft and I prefer harder and the 'free WiFi' was unavailable, no one in my party could get onto it because no one could get a signal.

OUR Ibos hotel is Great location, as its near Main train station, and walking distance to Bus station and local shops and pubs.

OUR stay in this hotel is Our 5th,maybe 6th time. All staff at main recpetion, were ploite, friendly and chatty. Our room as routine ,clean and fresh and sutiable for Our overnight stays. IF one night or longer. Shower si great ,nice power shower and its Hot ! IF to pass little faults ,Maybe Put posters in room,advertising semi queit times. As its semi annoying that other custmers make noise after midnight or Early hours before going to work or leaving, Yes,Its a hotel But respect might be nice. !! NO other faults/ Local bar in other Ibis next door lol

not very clean, was not toll we could us other ibis not happy with food in morning .will not be going back .

Room adequate, well situated. The breakfast let's it down. I know it is a continental one, but we found the selection quite limited.
